Endocrinologists of the Republican Center for Specialized Scientific and Practical Medicine of Endocrinology Yusupov A., Mehmonova S., Askarov U., Khaitov Yu., Imomberdieva U., Ubbiev Zh. among the population of the Amudarya district, OP No. 6 and KTMP of the Republic of Karakalpakstan for the purpose of early detection of endocrine diseases, screening activities were carried out on the topic “Methods for examining the population 40 years of age and older” between family doctors and visiting nurses of OPs and OSHPs. Screening studies revealed diabetes mellitus, prediabetes, overweight and obesity. They were given the necessary recommendations and directed to conduct laboratory tests in order to make an accurate diagnosis.
